What Inspires You to Create?

Today I didn't have time to do any sewing but I did take my laptop to my hair appointment and started writing the tutorial for the bag I made for my mom's Mother's Day gift. Who knew it would take longer to write the tutorial than it did for me to make the bag? Plus...I have to make another bag and take photos of it so you can see the step by step action. So it will be a while before the tutorial is finished.
Meanwhile I did make 3 labels for some finished quilts. Nothing extravagant since all these quilts are for me. Just a simple label printed onto iron-on fabric.
And yesterday I made my first little pin cushion.
I promise to do better next time. But these little projects are really fun and gratifying.
But today, I have a question...where do you get your inspiration to create?
Recently, while thumbing through some magazines I was inspired by these photos.
So what inspires you today?
Link up and we can all see

I`m lacking inspiration at the moment but I love the idea of the wonky stripe quilt.

What inspires me: preservation, beauty, and youth. Mostly seen in nature and beautiful women.
