Rockin Robin Quilt Along

At the last minute I have decided to join another quilt along. I have been seeing the hype on all my favorite blogs about the Rockin Robin Quilt Along but never even gave it a second thought until I opened Anne Marie's blog today and saw the first row. Instant brainstorm...this would be perfect for my Ty Pennington Impression fabrics. I added some honeycomb in yellow and Proteas by Heather Moon.
So I switched over to Lisa Marie's blog to get the cutting instructions and voila! I made my first row and I love it! I guess I'll find out next week what the second row will be.
Here's my first row.

I had planned to get a post up about our awesome family weekend, but realized it will take some time to go through all the photos and write a fun post.

I'm linking this post to WiP Wednesday.
