Shhh! It's a surprise

I actually got some sewing done this weekend.
I finished Baby Carrot's quilt and will post a photo later today.
The fog is just lifting now so I will take a photo later today and do a final post.
Also, I started a quilt for my favorite fireman.
Shhhh!!! It's a secret.
But, not for long, because he reads my blog.
This is all I will  show until it is finished, but let me just say this,
all the blocks are pieced and I should have the quilt top all sewn together today.
Hopefully, now that I am a daring free motion quilter, I will finish it next week.
Can we delay Christmas another month, please?

Thanks for stopping by,

So good to read you are sewing again! What is the fabric you`re using in the fireman`s quilt? I don`t recognize it!

Does the fireman's name begin with M and end with L?

I am with you on the delay Christmas bit. Glad your sewing mojo has kicked back in. And you have crossed over to the fmq side. ;-)

You did an amazing job on this beautiful quilt - So happy you took the plunge and did the quilting yourself. That must feel like a great accomplishment - and no puckering! Wow!
