It's What's For Dinner

...and breakfast and lunch and snacks. This is all I am allowed to eat today.
Clear liquids!

and then I get to have this for dessert, an entire gallon of it, Y.U.C.K.

So I guess you have figured out what I am doing tomorrow, The once every ten years whether you want it or not, COLONOSCOPY. Let's think on the bright side, maybe I'll lose a few pounds.

Thanks for stopping by,

"di"

I never lost weight doing this. I think the Gunk you have to drink is full of calories. LOL
so sorry you have to endure this. But soon it will be behind you.
Yes, pun intended!
Hugs.

No you diffiently won't loose any. I had colon cancer eight years ago and had to do that test every year for six years. Not great, but 100 percent better.

Oh no, definitely no fun. You'll have to post the yummy things you get to eat post colonoscopy to make up for missing today

Oh, yuck! I had a colonoscopy a couple of years ago and it was awful! Is it something you do on a regular 10 year cycle? Good luck!
