This was a busy week and I did not have much time to blog.
We ended our week with a fun day of apple picking in Julian.
a delicious picnic lunch
some wine tasting
Now, I have all these apples that need to be made into applesauce and pies.
So you know what I'll be doing this week in between spending time with my brother.
Thanks for stopping by,

Sounds like you had an excellent day. Those apples remind me of the apple core die from Accuquilt. I bet that would be a fun quilt to make.
Oh yum! Tomatoes one day, apples the next! How about tarte tatin!
I love apple picking and really miss all the u-pick farms in Canada at this time of year. Looks like you had a great day.
Looks fantastic. Our neighbours gave us a bag if freshly picked apples and they are delicious! I'm sure they do it to make us jealous as ours are so small!
It just looks the perfect day in perfect sunshine - and I like Susan's suggestion of tarte tatin!
Well that lot should keep you busy for a while :o)
Looks like you had a great time and beautiful weather! When it is perfect weather here with no humidity and in the 70s we call it "California Weather." :)
I imagine that the apple picking goes on for quite some time? I may go just to take some photos when it gets cooler. Can you just visit or do you have to pick? Love the photos and that's a very cute top too ♥ So excited about Rick's arrival tomorrow.
looks like fun. I wanted to pick apples in our state but because of the last frost there are many to pick so you have to buy them picked for you.
Apple picking? It looks like such fun!
Enjoyed looking at all of the photos. :)
