Chevron Picnic Quilt {Blogger's Quilt Festival}

When Amy of Amy's Creative Side decided we could enter two quilts {I also entered in the bee quilt category} in the Blogger's Quilt Festival I couldn't decide what category to enter until I saw the Quilt Photographer category. I remembered when I originally blogged about the Chevron Picnic Quilt I had made for my son and his family, I wrote about the photo shoot in the park and around town.

All it needs is a picnic basket and a family.

 It looked over the lake...

Served as a horse blanket...

Stopped at the farm stand...

Since this is a two sided quilt, it also serves as a tablecloth...

But my favorite photos are of my granddaughter "modeling" with the quilt.

I am entering this quilt in the Quilt Photographer category.
